A potential assessment is identified and documented. Artifacts needed are: requestor, title, description, tasks to be accomplished, technical teams to be invited, etc.

Obtain model IDs and download models from the product data management. 

Inspect the models are in the proper format, translate if needed. Ensure the models are in the product coordinates. Create environment: product models, required humans, tools, support equipment, etc.

Build necessary action props. Prepare stationary props. Identify start and end points for task movements in the capture space.

Ensure all the necessary stakeholders are present for the assessments. During the assessment, users must: perform each task with the required human sizes, ensure HSI questions are documented and answered.

Edit video recording of the assessment (add captions to describe task and provide background info), prepare non-video documentation of final results, engage teams to document Return on Investment (ROI).
